"8/2/13 We were out shopping for a side x side.Wayne's Polaris was closest to our location. We met Jeremy,he was very busy on the phone,answering our questions and assisting others.He Is quite the multi-tasker. He showed us several units we were interested in. Jeremy took his time explaining everything, no high pressure.We took a few test rides,determined what best suited our needs. Then more question to Jeremy abit of paper work and we became owners of a 2013 Ranger 500 Efi. Was a great shopping experience.Now lets fast forward to Monday. Our Ranger was delivered to our home. Now I apologize if the name is wrong but I think his name is Jordan(my memory not as sharp anymore) This was also a very enjoyable experience.He explained in detail the operation of this machine. We feel quite knowledgeable about our Ranger(operation& maintainance).The way some folks treat customers we probably weren't expecting much. Your staff was the exception not the norm. I will surely tell any interested in any of your product line to stop in and check out Wayne's of LaGrange. "I cannot say enough about the customer service I have recieved at Wayne's. Both Jeremy and Jessica are extremely knowledgable and they always seem to have what you need from a service or parts perspective. Prior to driving by and seeing them I dealt with S&S powersports and from this point forward I will never step in S&S again. Wayne's is the superior above anybody else, period!!!!
